(2006 Vintage) The winery was built in 2004 and is located in Perdriel in Lujan de Cuyo in the foothills of the Andes. The fruit for this wine comes from vineyards in La Consulta and Perdriel which have an altitude between 900-1,100m above sea level and poor soils. The vines have an average age of over 50 years and yields are less than 6 tonnes per hectare. Harvest is always done by hand with a double selection of both clusters and berries. Bright, deep ruby in colour with purple hints. On the nose this wine gives intense aromas of blueberries, blackberries and boysenberries with touches of mocha.
