Blend: 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon The fruit for the 2006 Provenance Rutherford Estate Sauvignon Blanc was hand picked and whole-cluster pressed to preserve the fruit and varietal character of the wine. Stainless steel barrel fermentation and sur lie aging allowed the yeast lees to be stirred, which adds textural richness to the finished wine.
