International Wine CellarGood deep red. Complex nose melds redcurrant, cherry skin, smoked meat and underbrush. Sweet, supple and fleshy but less forthcoming than the Estournelles in spite of its pliant texture. A flavor of black raspberry lingers impressively on the finish, with juicy acidity providing shape and grip. There's more to come with bottle aging.
