(2012 Vintage) The grapes are destemmed. Fermentation takes place in open vats during three weeks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for about a year. Very nice dark ruby colour. Very open and attractive nose, rather classic but complex and "unusual" at the same time. Well balanced in the mouth with soft tannins, nice rythm and nice Côte de Nuits architecture, very lively aromas and nice mineralilty. This wine will match very well filet-mignon, tournedos steak but also small game and many types of cheeses.
