Stainless steel tanks maceration and fermentation for 3 weeks, malolactic conversion and ageing part in 25 hl. oak barrels and part in barriques (first and second passage): then selection and blending. Final ageing in 25 hl. oak barrels and 1 year in bottle before the launch in the market.
