(From 2011 Vintage) With its aromas of raspberry, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lime zest, and floral, this wine is a crisp and balanced wine. Notes of green apple, white peach, pineapple, and a hint of spice shine through its slight viscosity.
Connoisseurs' Guide to California WinesIts initial aromas of ripe cherries and plums notwithstanding, this one is a little bit underfilled for the seriously priced Pinot Noir it presents itself to be. Granted that it has a bit of richness, and its supple texture is appropriate for the variety but it drifts away at the end and falls a bit short.
