(2006 Vintage) Concentrated, lovely aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cassis. The mouthfeel is luscious and full withcontinued flavors of blackberry, cassis, black cherry with a suggestion of vanilla, coconut and cedar. The soft, round tannins and understated acidity of this wine complement the bright fruit characters to create a balanced Cabernet Sauvignon approachable now or worthy of cellaring for at least 10–15 years.
pepper oak nose with front flavor. heavy on the alcohol. back flavor was lacking. mediocre wine.
lots of blueberry notes and taste, some spice. definitely need to decant 30+ to elevate it
no harsh notes. smooth. not complex enough for price. nice strong finish tho.
one of George's favorites!
good. would buy again.

Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wines(2000 Vintage) The fleeting hints of citrus and green apples in this one come and go all too quickly, and, in the absence of any semblance of varietal fruitiness and identifiable richness, the wine turns thin and slightly coarse as it crosses the palate and empties out into a forgettable finish.
