(From 1998 Vintage) To make the 1998 Pinot Noir in the style of previous Firesteed wines, we employed gentler winemaking techniques in the cellar. the grapes were fermented in the stainless steel tanks with Prise de Mousse yeast, pressed during the last days of fermentation, and racked as soon as the wine finished malolactic fermentation.
