(2013 Vintage) The Ctes-du-Rhne is made with whole grape clusters that are vinified with traditional methods. The crop is totally de-stemmed and the grapes are placed in a vat where they are gently pressed and pumped over every two days. The juice is then fermented for three weeks in open stainless steel tanks. The tanks are thermo-controlled between 64F and 82F.
