Winemaker's Notes

(From 2012 Vintage) The dominant grape of this blend is Malbec, which is the predominant varietal of the Cahors region in southwest France. Fermented in stainless steel, this full-bodied wine is robust and boasts complex aromas. Chateau St. Didier-Parnac Cahors is an ideal complement to duck and pheasant.
