Wine Description

(2006 Vintage) Dense and profound colour. Nose still shut with scents of red berries and currants, morello. Long, full, potent on the palate, offering up aromas of morello, raspberry, strawberry, and liquorice. Nice mid-palate followed by a beautiful finish with neat and tight tannins.

(1996 Vintage) Concentrated, Cassis, Mineral, Full-bodiedWine Advocate - 2nd Growth, St Estephe, Bordeaux, France- "Boasts aromas of new oak, jammy black currants, smoke, minerals, and new saddle leather. This multi-layered wine is rich and medium to full-bodied, with sweet tannin, a nicely-textured, concentrated mid-palate, and an impressively long finish."
