55% Cabernet Sauvignon; 35% Merlot; 7% Petit Verdot; 3% Cabernet Franc. This soft-leaning effort may want for increased drama and depth, but its offers up a nice bit of plum- and berry-like fruit with sweet oak lending a touch of richness. It modest tannins firm without imparting undue toughness, and its mannerly style precludes the need for more than mid-term aging.
