Soil: This is a 20-hectare vineyard situated on southfacing hillsides to the east of the Fronsac appellation where the soils are a mix of clay and limestone. Plantation is 5,555 vines/ha with an average age of 30 years.
Date of Harvest: between September 20th and 30th
Vinification Method: four-day cold soak at 12° C, the juice was fermented in cement tanks with a 20-day cuvaison.
