2006 Bolla Valpolicella

Winemaker's Notes

(From 2010 Vintage) NOTES: After crushing and destemming the grapes, a cool fermenta-tion took place to retain many of the aromatic fragrances and fruitiness. After alcoholand malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel tanks to retain its fruit and crispness. Bolla Valpolicella is ruby-red in color, tending to garnet with aging.

(From 2005 Vintage) After aging in the finest oak barrels the Bolla Amarone della Valpolicella that emerges is a wine of ruby-red color with a dry, rich, complex flavor.
