(From 2012 Vintage) The destemmed grapes were lightly crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28º C. Maceration in contact with the grape skins for 15 days, pumping the juice over the cap of skins daily for maximum colour and aromatic extraction. Aged for 14 months in hybrid barrels (American oak staves and French oak heads) followed by 9 months of rounding in the bottle prior to release.
(From «nv» Vintage) Brilliant red cherry with violet hues. Elegant ageing aromas with hints of fruit. In American and French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by several months in the bottle. Cold starters, pasta, poultry. Perfect as wine by glass.
Fresh and balanced, this red brims with cherry, spice and licorice, with light, firm tannins and vibrant acidity. The texture is generous yet delicate. Not heavy, but vivacious.
fruity nose with a hint of vanilla. lost of raspberry and cherry. palate is smooth plum and blackberry with vanilla tannins.
Very satisfying, flavorful with medium body. Good with most food (a little "weak" for red meat.)
