(From 2012 Vintage) After a mild winter and an early bud-break the summer was variable, and wetter than most of the recent seasons. The long-term use of organic practices helped to achieve perfect maturation and to preserve the health of the grapes. This wine, made from selected Sangiovese vineyards, is the result of a collaboration with a small number of local producers, located in the best Chianti Classico micro-zones. It is intense and fruit-forward, ready for drinking immediately, but over time it gains an added complexity.
