beautiful and classy showing off super pedigree of burgundy. light on nose but super finish. went well with light Japanese dishes. 07/12 consistent showing as before. but matured a bit to show a more creamy and buttery nose and finish. 01/13 opens up after some time. Full mature burgundy on the nose but still light on the finish on its own. complexity comes up with food. 02/13 settles down beautifully on day 2, again showing need to given time to open. 07/13 still going well on day 4. again needs time. lots of it.
initial nose very tight, ripe yellow fruits, talcum powder and buttery on the palate but quite elegant,
