(2012 Vintage) This dark ruby Pinot Noir offers aromas of forest floor, cassis, and black cherry. The mouthfeel is lush with blue and black fruit flavors. The 2012 Terres Basses is extremely well-balanced and structured, with good acidity and concentration from beginning to end. We suggest opening an hour before drinking or decanting.
International Wine CellarBright red. Zesty redcurrant and wild strawberry aromas, complicated by cracked pepper and black cardamom. Sharply focused bitter cherry and red berry flavors are nicely framed by youthful tannins. Firm cherry skin and succulent herbs linger on the long, precise finish. This will repay cellaring.
