Wine Spectator called the Coombsville area (just east of Napa proper) 'increasingly a source of excellent Cabernets.' It's the one of the Valley's last frontiers, and folks like Sodaro are staking their claim. With husband-and-wife team of Bill and Dawnine Dyer (and their aggregate 65 years of Napa Valley winemaking experience) guiding their efforts, we’re calling this a wise bet. Wild berry and chocolate-dipped cherry flavors with chewy fruit tannins make for a happy Cabernet drinker. This stood out in a roomful of serious competition.
