    Not sure if better than the Taittinger from last year's NYE party, but still a solid sparkling wine though more metallic than I wouldve imagined. Great with fruit and scallops though.

    Blanc de Noirs (white from black) is the counterpart to Blanc de Blancs (white from white). Made from the red wine grape PinotNoir, this is a complex, fruity, medium-bodied sparkling wine.
