Rating: 90-93 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 131, March/April 2007. Good red-ruby color. Blacker aromas of currant, minerals, game and dark chocolate; complex if a bit reduced. Then sweet and opulent but also firm and gripping. This has a fairly tight grain but the wine's richness is already obvious. Finishes with lovely building length and a lingering note of licorice.
