 This Cabernet has the rare combination of unparalleled elegance matched with intensity and structure. “This wine is rich in the nose with red, berry-cherry fruit and enticing cedar and cigar box aromas. Only 600 cases of this singular Cabernet were produced.

Deep ruby in color, this complex Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits luxurious nose of blackberry, black cherry, plum, black currant, black pepper, cola nut, and chocolate with a hint of black pepper and olive.

    This blend appears to be very concentrated. It has a deep ruby/garnet core with a lighter, purple outer rim. It has an open nose, full of figs and cassis, oak, vanilla extract and chalk. This is a full body wine with firm tannins, balanced acid and a nice long finish. Pair this wine with a confit of salted duck leg, garlic and shallots, wilted mustard greens and warm German potato salad. The plate might sound a little abstract but the pair will do the trick.
