66% Cabernet Sauvignon; 23% Merlot; 8% Cabernet Franc; 2% Petit Verdot; 1% Malbec. The family trait of toughness and hard-charging tannins is again plainly evident here, yet, while a rugged and close-to-sere wine, this Bordeaux-style blend is also an inherently complex one. We admit to being a bit wary about making predictions about where it is going and when it will get there, but it has plenty of room to grow and fans of the winery will happily take the chance.
