Wine & Spirits(From 2005 Vintage) The Wedding Cuvée is one of Iron Horse's sweeter bubblies, but it's not a sweet wine. It's soft, creamy and delicious. Brimming with flavors of green apples, strawberries, brioche and pepper, it continues the winery's brilliant tradition of crafting some of the finest sparkling wines in California.
Wine Spectator(From 2009 Vintage) The vibrant, rich qulaities make our wedding Cuvee the perfect partner to a range of dishes. Pair with a salad of frisee, a poached fram egg and thick cut bacon, a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring salumi and a triple creme, young goat and fresh ricotta cheese, or a spaghetti carbonara for something decadent.
