Wine Description

(2004 Vintage) Color: Lovely and intense yellow, beautiful shine and clarity. Bouquet: Barely there woody notes (grilled first and then sweet caramel / butter after aeration), beautiful mineral, citrus notes sufficiently large (rind of lemon, grapefruit). Palate: Great freshness matched by dry notes; full and dense, very long lasting and final buttery taste. Slight bitterness at the end. Overall impression: This wine manages the triple alliance of the freshness, richness and elegance. It s success in quality restaurants has made it an unavoidable reference in Pessac Léognan whites.
