Château Fleur Cardinale Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé

Wine Description

Good red-ruby. Expressive nose offers berry liqueur, graphite, truffle and minerals. Sweet, concentrated and fine-grained, with currant and truffle flavors complicated by minerals and dark chocolate on the back. Finishes with sweet tannins and lovely persistence. This is accessible already but should age gracefully.

Winemaker's Notes

(From 2006 Vintage) Deep colour, still young. The nose is focused and harmonious, wood is still pronounced. Slightly backward aromas on the palate yet displaying nice harmony and medium fullness.
