Winemaker's Notes

This wine is just easy to drink. Whether with fresh grilled salmon or left-over roast chicken or just in a glass by itself, the pretty plum and spring strawberry flavors of ABC SB PN are simply delicious. There is nothing pretentious here, just well balanced, nicely textured, brightly fruity wine that seems to go with everything.

15% Mondeuse. It might not be counted among the richest or deepest of the current crop of Pinots, but this well-defined and trim, brightly balanced bottling gets the job done at a very nice price. It shows a mild note of dried brush to its cherryish fruit themes, and its lively manner promises successful service with medallions of pork napped in savory sauce. GOOD VALUE
