Winemaker's Notes

(From 2012 Vintage) Bold and seductive, this youthful, unoaked blend encapsulates all that is great in natural, pure, unseasoned wine. Its fragrance, intensity and energy are all reminiscent of freshly fermenting must, with ripe juicy flavours of blackberry, spiced cherries, minerals and Asian spices wrapped around a skeleton of fresh acidity and fine mineral laden tannins.

(From 2008 Vintage) Ruby-red. Black raspberry and blueberry on the nose, with subtle floral and spice qualities adding complexity. Juicy and appealingly sweet, with lively red and dark berry flavors and tangy minerality. Therersquo;s nothing heavy about this wine. The black raspberry note recurs on the focused finish. Livelier than the 2007 and the best version of this bottling Irsquo;ve yet tasted.
