2003 Tom Eddy Cabernet Sauvignon Rose Mouton Rouge

Winemaker's Notes

(From 2007 Vintage) This dark plum colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Tom Eddy opens with a mild oak and gentle black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather smooth and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black currant with notes of oak. We also detected hints of blueberry and blackberry mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty oak tannins are well managed and nicely prolonged.
