(From 2007 Vintage) Good full red. Lovely high-pitched floral and mineral nose. Fresh, perfumed and penetrating in the mouth, offering excellent concentration and opening and building impressively on the back half. This juicy, sweet wine finishes with excellent grip and a lingering floral quality.
(From 2004 Vintage) Aging: Entirely in new, medium toasted French oak for 20-22 months. Bottling: Transfer to stainless steel vats for 3 months before bottling, aging in bottles for another 12 months. No filtration. Bouquet: Elegance of the Nebbiolo with scents of violets and aromas of currant and red raspberry. Taste: Complex, full-bodied with solid tannins, yet round with unusual sweeter sensations.
