(2003 Vintage) This classic blend of the Northern Rhone is a terrific food wine. Central Victoria is much cooler than the traditional planting grounds for Aussie Shiraz. Here, the fruit ripens slowly. We get white pepper, violets and blueberries with that elusive chewy but not tannic finish.
