(2003 Vintage) The Chardonnay grapes are fermented in 60 liter American oak barriques, and then matured for seven months - part in stainless steel tanks and part in the oak barriques. The result is an elegant, full bodied wine with exceptional character, that goes well with seafood, poultry, medium-sauced pastas, as well as most cheeses.
