(2005 Vintage) Deep red-ruby. Currant, blueberry, leather, graphite and nutty oak on the nose. Silky-sweet and large-scaled for this wine, with perfectly integrated acidity and a deep minerality leavening the wine's volume. This boasts terrific volume and finishes with sweet tannins and excellent racy length. Getting better and better in barrel.

(2005 Vintage) Given its vintage and the success of its neighbors, this slightly underfilled offering must be considered as something of disap-pointnment. Narrow and fairly tight-fisted, but never suggesting that it has the fruit that will allow it to blossom with time, it is instead a bit thin and fades away early.

(2007 Vintage) Good deep ruby-red. Blueberry, cassis and bitter chocolate on the perfumed nose, lifted by violet . Juicy, spicy and nicely delineated, with good energy and tension in the mouth. Acids are nicely ripe. Finishes with fairly fine tannins and hints of leather and tobacco.
