"This is a custom cuvee made for American importer Eric Solomon, so the wine sold in other markets will be different blends and/or selections. this wine has aged beautifully into a deep crimson with some browny red color. Much more complex with some age on it. Strong coffee bean and tobbaco smell with baked plum flavors. Even some soya sauce is there! the palate is smooth and silky. Meaty flavor (want some spaniard jamon? ;-) intensifies in the palate. Long finish. Awesome value!!
