Bodegas Alejandro Fernández Ribera del Duero Tinto Pesquera Reserva

Wine Description

(2009 Vintage) Beautiful dark and deep cherry colour with violet edges. A high robe wine. Clean and bright. Elegant coloured tears. Highly intense, aromatic and expressive nose. Before swirling the glass, some notes of wood appear which become increasingly elegant and creamy as the wine opens up. They are mixed with suggestive roasted aromas. The fleshy notes of ripe red and black fruit appear slow and progressively. Once the wine opens up, the notes of fruit get nuanced by a wide range of spicy, tobacco and cocoa notes and intense hints of liquorice.
