(2009 Vintage) The vibrant, rich qulaities make our wedding Cuvee the perfect partner to a range of dishes. Pair with a salad of frisee, a poached fram egg and thick cut bacon, a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring salumi and a triple creme, young goat and fresh ricotta cheese, or a spaghetti carbonara for something decadent.
