Winemaker's Notes

This wine is a belnd of three different vineyards, each contributing the uniqueness of its single variety. Zinfandel provides a blackberry-like peppery spiciness, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds a mature fruity bell pepper quality and Merlot adds a softness and makes the wine ultimately drinkable.
