Deep ruby-red. Bright, pure aromas of black cherry, flowers and mint. Rich, broad and generous, with black fruit and licorice flavors and good life in the mouth. The fruit in this very warm vineyard was picked on the first day of the harvest, with sound acids. Finishes with very good length and sweet tannins. A sentimental favorite today.
