A dry, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. "Gravel grown" using the Concannon clone. Ripe bing cherry flavors dominate with briery blackberry and hints of almonds in the background. Smoothness comes from the low yielding fruit and Merlot added. More Bordeaux than Californian in style. Excellent with meat, game and tomato dishes.Alcohol: 13.5% by volume
