Wine Description

(2009 Vintage) The elegant packaging is matched by the wine, which shows ripe, sweet blackberry and blackcurrant fruit with a nice fresh quality and a hint of some meaty savouriness lurking in the background. Ripe, dense, structured and quite serious, and opens out nicely with air.

Majestic: Origin Sénéjac is one of the better known Crus Bourgeois of the Haut-Médoc. The wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc and is aged in oak barriques for 18 months. It represents great value for fans of mature claret as it ages so gracefully. Taste The 2002 offers copious amounts of sweet currant and cherry fruit with cedar and spice box. While neither flamboyant nor deep, it is a well-balanced, attractive effort.' Robert Parker 86 points.

(2012 Vintage) This is a solid effort that's packed with blackberry fruits and dark tannins. The wine has weight and structure that is balanced with the fruitiness.
