Without question, the best tasting cab I have ever tasted. It has an uncanny combination of bold fruity flavor with zero acidity. It's incredibly smooth. The only problem with this wine is that I couldn't afford to buy more than one bottle.

Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wines(1999 Vintage) Given the spectacular showing of this wine's older brother in our Centerfold tasting, its placing here comes as a complete surprise and an utter disappointment. Brushy, leathery, dry and somewhat muddy in aromatic tone, this expensive bottling goes from supple at entry to harsh and abrasive at the finish, and it never finds a remotely adequate supply of fruit.
