Winemaker's Notes

(From «nv» Vintage) The three varieties are vinified separately and stored in oak immediately after malolactic fermentation is completed, using new medium-toast French barrels from four cooperage and four different forests. Each wine was aged separately for 17 months and blended just before bottling.
