(2001 Vintage) - Harvest: Riserva Ducale Oro Chianti Classico is produced with grapes meticulously selected during harvest. The picking started in the third week of September and lasted one month. The vintage 2001 is characterized by an exceptional structure with massive tannins and intense fruity notes. - Yield of grapes per hectare: 6 tons. - Fermentation: The alcohol fermentation, aided by racking and punching down, took place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28/30°C for 2 weeks, and read more...- Harvest: Riserva Ducale Oro Chianti Classico is produced with grapes meticulously selected during harvest.
