Wine Description

(2011 Vintage) The grapes arrived in the cellars and were destemmed and crushed. Maceration lasted 10 days at a maximum temperature of 29°C. The malolactic fermentation was completed before the winter. Ageing took place for 12 months part in 50 Hl oak barrels, and part in barriques at the second passage. Another 4 months of bottle ageing followed in the Prunotto cellars before shipping. Alcohol 13,5 %
