(From 2013 Vintage) The majority of the fruit for this blend was sourced from Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley renowned for its excellent Chardonnay. The historic California drought continued into the 2014 vintage making for a light crop with intense flavors. Mild dry weather with cool nights extended the growing season, which produced Chardonnay with excellent structure and crisp acidity.
Fruit tiers of pear and apple flavors are well-balanced with toasted-vanilla oak notes that leave a smooth and creamy finish on the pallet. This refreshing Chardonnay is enjoyable as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to salads, chicken and seafood dishes.
