    (2005 Vintage) Medium-deep red. Perfumed cassis aroma complicated by graphite, cedar and mineral notes, plus a not unpleasant hint of bell pepper. Suave and refined on entry, then more spicy and brisk with air, picking up a mineral tang and an enticing floral quality to its cassis and boysenberry flavors.
