Wine Description

(2000 Vintage) Warm days, cool nights and a rolling blanket of coastal fog encourage distinct characteristics to develop in the luscious Pinot noir grapes grown in California’s Russian River Valley, making the region a celebrated source of this world-class varietal. note the aromas and flavors of red currant, raspberry and boysenberry with subtle hints of lavender, mushroom and oak. The balanced flavors are the perfect complement to red meat and earthy vegetables, like those in Kale and Scallion negimaki, made with beef tenderloin, red miso and toasted sesame oil.

bright cherry, raspberry aroma and on the front of the palate with some earth notes, mild tendons, nice, long finish, excellent wine!
