Aging: 12 months in new French oak. Fermentation: Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28?Ǭ? to 30?Ǭ?C. Malolactic fermentation occurred in oak barrels. Tasting notes: Aromas: Red fruit aromas. Palate: Admirable complexity and richness and a great structure, presenting soft tannins. Food Pairing: A beautiful match for meat lasanga or rack of lamb.
