Wine Description

(2010 Vintage) The wine offers vibrant plums and a freshness on the nose but on the palate, the tannins are tough and chewy. The high acidity adds to the astringency and the finish.

  • International Wine Cellar
(2005 Vintage) Medium red. Very ripe, sweet aromas of plum, mocha and bitter chocolate. Unusually sweet and supple for this wine, with lovely depth and volume to its cassis and chocolate flavors. Very St. Estephe in style. Finishes powerful, sweet and long, with the unusually fine tannins arriving late. An outstanding performance for this chateau.
