(From 2004 Vintage) Deep straw color with straw hue. Complex nose of nougat, honeycomb and yeast lees with restrained toasted oak end notes. The palate displays the elegance and finesse that is found in the best Puligny Montrachet. Layers of citrus, nougat and hazelnut are evident, followed by hazelnut and a hint of anise. Excellent length and depth. Very long aftertaste of citrus, nougat and hazelnut.
Colour: Pale straw with brilliant green hues. Nose: Lifted lemon and citrus aromas integrate with toasted malt and butterscotch. Subtle hints of delicate oak add to the complexity. Palate: Excellent integration of lean citrus and nectarine fruit characters together with pleasant gunsmoke and malt flavours.
